Behind The Scenes: Stars Share Snaps From The Week Ending in March 13

Scarlett Fernandez (Charlotte) revealed she was back on General Hospital by sharing this image in front of the studio’s entrance and writing, “Happy Monday.”

Young and Restless star Courtney Hope (Sally) took this dressing room selfie, showing her followers her fashion-forward character’s latest look.

Al Calderon (Javi, l.), Galen Gering (Rafe, c.), Cherie Jimenez (Gabi) and Greg Rikaart (Leo) as the Hernandez family’s newest roommate. It looks like these actors really enjoyed this time hanging out with each other backstage at Days of our Lives.

Walking the halls of Bold and Beautiful, or rather strutting down them, were Annika Noelle (Hope) and Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter). These two looked way too cool for school in this shot.

Cady McClain (Pammy) gave fans a backstage look and some inside information about how soaps run. She wrote on Instagram, “Here’s a sneak peek behind the scenes of Beyond the Gates,” where they are using the cameras from Top Gun Maverick mounted on rolling pedestals to complete a visual look designed by top lighting designer Vince Steib. (Hi Vinnie!) You can see by the screen behind me that they shoot multi-cam. That means there are a minimum of two and up to five cameras rolling at any time. We all have body mics on, but as you can see by the large pedestal in the second photo, there’s also a boom mic (a microphone that is over our heads) that is constantly picking up sound to make sure every gorgeous word is heard!”

McClain continued with this next image and added, “Soaps (or “daytime dramas” as they sometimes prefer to be called) are basically a filmed version of “a play a day.” We shoot up to (and sometimes a little more than) 100 pages. A day. This is fast work, and requires all members of the team both technical and creative to be able to make quick and strong decisions. It takes a lot of focus! I’m proud to be a supporting player (I’m ‘Pamela Curtis,’ bestie to Karla Mosely’s stunning ‘Dani Dupree’ — created and written by the brilliant Michele Val Jean) on this fabulous show! There’s so much wonderful work happening on all levels! Don’t miss an episode!”

Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren, l.) shared this shot to her Instagram stories and wrote, “Always the best day when I get to work with @missyclaireegan [Chelsea] and our great Director Michael [Eilbaum].” Egan then shared the story and added, “Always the best working with youuu, Queen.”

Was it bring your dog to work day at GH? It sure was for Tabyana Ali (Trina), whose smile couldn’t be bigger as she enjoyed some puppy love in the hair and makeup room.

Nothing but peace (or was it victory?) for Zuleyka Silver (Audra) as she posed in the Y&R hallway. Or would it be better to say, considering her outfit, that everything was coming up roses?

Marking his return to the DAYS set in a new way was Robert Scott Wilson (Alex). Did he beat everyone else to their Burbank-based studio that morning?

B&B star Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke, l.) posed with fellow actress Livia Pillmann and tagged the show’s official Instagram.

Arielle Prepetit (Naomi) shared this shot from the BTG studio. The sign in the background — “Let your light shine” — was a great touch.

Another shot from Lang in the B&B makeup and hair room showed she used her time there wisely to study her script for the scenes she needed to shoot that day.

The Bachelorette‘s Guy Gansert (Geoffrey Beckett) posed with the GH ladies on the Crimson set. Laura Wright (Carly, l.), Cynthia Watros (Nina, c.) and Maura West (Ava) were on hand to welcome the show’s special guest star.

Drinks anyone? Hope posed on the Y&R set with a prop drink. Was this from a moment with Billy or perhaps another girls’ night with Sally’s new pal, Audra?

It was all smiles on the B&B sound stage as the gang from Forrester Creations — Murielle Hilaire (Daphne), Delon de Metz (Zende) and Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter) — posed for the camera.

RhonniRose Mantilla (Chelsea) posted this selfie after her Monday morning arrival at the studio where BTG shoots with her “pre-glam” Monday look, complete with baseball cap. There’s the sign again!

Mantilla posted a follow-up selfie after the BTG hair and makeup team worked their magic to create her character’s look.

Viron Weaver announced his return as Wiley to GH with this image on his Instagram account and the caption that said, “Great to be back!”

Guiding Light alum Brittany Snow (ex-Susan) posted this selfie from her new project. She wrote, “New role. New hairs. Thanks @rickhenryla for the chop & start to the show.”
